Know your colleagues – II

I f you have read my earlier blog ‘Know your colleagues’ you must be familiar what I am talking about . I’ve already given you an analysis of two types and here I am giving my analysis about two more . It’s better to know your colleagues for fun or otherwise . We spend 40 – 45 hours in our work place and we would love to categorize them for our future references.

The sexy ! : While many organizations while hiring do not find it important to inform the employee about the office dress code if they have any . Many organizations do not have dress codes as they do not expect people to come in something out of place and leave the others uncomfortable in their own place . You have one such colleague who has not yet figured out what is appropriate and what not and you are sure you are not working in a night club you have got the ‘sexy’ who is just not getting enough attention.

Beware of the possibility that she might have been placed by board or management amongst you to check the compliance of sexual harassment policies .  

                      S/He doesn't exactly look like this but your imagination has no boundaries !

 The chatterbox : You are working or not in a call center and this colleague goes blah blah bah.…… and can go on and on till eternity or your imagination says can go on till one of you drops dead ..... the chatterbox. Your colleague is under the impression that s/he has been hired to talk . This colleague has a lot to share whether or not you are interested . This guy has mastered in talking and just is incapable of keeping his ideas and things happening in his or others life to himself . S/he wants to keep you updated about everything that he can even remotely contemplate .

Beware of the possibility that s/he might have been planted by your top management to check how long can your sanity last ? Kidding !
